We’re looking to hire a new Account Partner to work 1-1 with our Real Estate Agent clients

Here's what you can expect:

→ $10k-$14k/month in personal income

→ Work 1on1 with real estate agents and agency owners (we have extremely high-level/sophisticated clients who you'll love working with)

→ Work completely remote

→ You receive clients on a silver platter who are some of the biggest players in our industry that you wouldn’t see anywhere else.


About Icon Media Co:

→ We're on pace to reach 100 client this year

→ We spend about $10k-20k/month on client acquisition and close about 15+ new clients per month

→ Our team is currently 10 absolute savages and we all operate in an intense fast-paced environment that forces you to grow and level up!

→ We have a 85% client success rate (we have over 80 active DFY clients)

→ Our company goal is to be on pace to double in size within 12 months.


Role Requirements:

→ You have to be willing to go full-time (I understand you may currently have commitments but if you come onboard and you feel Icon Media Co is the right fit for you then you must be able to transition to full-time).

→ You must have prior experience in marketing (there’s a LOT of training provided but you must have a strong foundation coming in)

  • Generating an average between $10-$15K/mo in GCI (gross commission income)

  • They’ve already developed a rhythm on how they do things and realize there is a better way because they cannot keep the current efforts of prospecting up for much longer

Our Comprehensive Offerings


As a Account Manager at Icon Media Co, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:


1. Coaching: You'll provide both one-on-one and group coaching to help clients improve their sales skills and strategies.

2. CRM Management: Your role involves overseeing and managing client relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.

3. Support: You'll offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to succeed.

4. Sales: As an Account Manager, you'll actively engage in the sales process, closing deals and driving revenue with our clients.

5. Ads: You'll be responsible for managing and optimising clients ads and building out the creatives and capations.

6. Workshopping Reactivation Campaigns: Collaboratively working with clients to reactivate and optimize their marketing campaigns.

7. General: Addressing various client needs and inquiries, offering support and solutions across the board.

8. Calendar Optimization: Efficiently managing client schedules to ensure timely and productive interactions.

9. Mindset: Encouraging and fostering a positive and growth-oriented mindset within clients to drive success.

10. Digital Assessment: Evaluating clients' digital presence and providing valuable insights for improvement aligned with their goals.

11. Scoping Digital Presence: Analyzing clients' online presence and offering suggestions for enhancements to better align with their objectives.

12. Team Building: Assisting clients in building and expanding their sales and administrative teams to support growth and efficiency.

Your role as an Account Manager revolves around two core expectations:

1. Client Results: Your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver qualified home seller leads at a cost that ensures profitability for our clients, aiming for a minimum 2x Return on Investment (ROI). You will manage advertising campaigns to maintain a cost per qualified lead below specified thresholds while meeting the lead volume threshold.

2. Client Experience: Beyond results, you will create a remarkable client experience, demonstrating genuine care, understanding of their business goals, leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • If, for example, you're behind on client work and that means for that day you need to work 11 hours instead of 8 – get to work (time management is paramount).
  • If, for example, you're 100% up to date on clients (client communication + all your client's ads are running smoothly) and it's 11 am, go to the gym, go chill, whatever. (provided there are no other urgent areas you can actively improve on via reading, training, etc


Compensation and On-Target Earnings (OTEs)

  • Compensation: $200/month/client under management (in AUD).
  • On-target Earnings (OTEs): Your earning potential increases with performance milestones:
  • 30 clients under management: $6,000/month.
  • 50 clients under management: $10,000/month.
  • 70 clients under management: $14,000/month.
