We’re looking to hire a new Account Partner (Account Manager) to work 1-1 with our Real Estate Agent clients.

Here's What You Can Expect:

  • $6k-$15k/month in personal income

Your role as an Account Partner revolves around our two core company values:

  1. Client Results: Your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver qualified home seller leads at a cost that ensures profitability for our clients, aiming for a minimum 2x Return on Investment (ROI). You will manage advertising campaigns to maintain a cost per qualified lead below specified thresholds while meeting the lead volume requirements. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of both the client and our product inventory to effectively match the best solutions.
  2. Client Experience: Beyond delivering results, you will create a remarkable client experience by demonstrating genuine care, understanding of their business goals, leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, speed in implementation, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  1. Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to help clients improve their sales skills and strategies.
  2. CRM Management: Oversee and manage client relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.
  3. Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to succeed.
  4. Sales: Actively engage in the sales process, closing deals, and driving revenue with our clients.
  5. Ads: Manage and optimize client ads and build out the creatives and captions.
  6. Workshopping Reactivation Campaigns: Collaboratively work with clients to reactivate and optimize their marketing campaigns.
  7. General: Address various client needs and inquiries, offering support and solutions across the board.
  8. Calendar Optimization: Efficiently manage client schedules to ensure timely and productive interactions.
  9. Mindset: Encourage and foster a positive and growth-oriented mindset within clients to drive success.
  10. Digital Assessment: Evaluate clients' digital presence and provide valuable insights for improvement aligned with their goals.
  11. Scoping Digital Presence: Analyze clients' online presence and offer suggestions for enhancements to better align with their objectives.
  12. Team Building: Assist clients in building and expanding their sales and administrative teams to support growth and efficiency.

Compensation and On-Target Earnings (OTEs)

  • Compensation: $200/month/client under management (in AUD).
  • On-target Earnings (OTEs):
    • 30 clients under management: $6,000/month.
    • 50 clients under management: $10,000/month.
    • 70 clients under management: $14,000/month.
