About the job

We're looking to hire new UGC Creators for continuous production of unique user generated content that we will use as social media ads to sell the services of Icon Media Co.

Here's what you can expect:

→ $500 AUD for 5 intros and 5 bodys

→ Timeline for audition - 24 hours

→ Timeline for actual recording of ads- 72 hours

→ Frequency - 2 new unique UGC ads produced monthly

→ Ads will be posted on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok

About Icon Media Co:

→ We're on pace to reach 100 client this year

→ We spend about $10k-20k/month on client acquisition and close about 15+ new clients per month

→ Our team is currently 10 absolute savages and we all operate in an intense fast-paced environment that forces you to grow and level up!

→ We have a 85% client success rate (we have over 80 active DFY clients)

→ Our company goal is to be on pace to double in size within 12 months.

Talent Criteria:

→ Accent - Aussie or New Zealand

→ Appearance - Professional, Attractive and Charismatic

→ Showreel - highlights presence on camera and a conviction in the way they conduct themselves

→ Experience - have created content for greater than 6 months
